All user activity within a pool is private until settlement.

What Stays Private

The following data is hidden from all other participants while a pool is active:
  • Submitted predictions
  • Updates and timing behavior
Even if two users enter the same pool, neither can see what the other has predicted.

Why It Matters

By keeping activity hidden, Swiv prevents:

Copy trading

No one can see and replicate another user’s prediction.

Whale influence

Large participants cannot signal a direction that others follow.

Bandwagon behavior

Late entrants cannot observe what the majority has predicted and conform.

When Data Is Revealed

All predictions, updates, and timing data are revealed only after the pool is resolved. At that point, the outcome has already been finalized and no further predictions can be made — so the data cannot be acted upon.
This design ensures every participant’s prediction reflects independent judgment rather than social influence.
