Frequently Asked Questions about Swiv

What is Swiv?
Swiv is a decentralized perpetual exchange that lets you trade crypto perpetuals directly from your Web3 wallet, with no intermediaries.
How do I start trading?
Connect your Web3 wallet, deposit collateral (ETH or stablecoins), choose a market, set your leverage, and open a position.
What can I trade?
Initially, Swiv supports major crypto perpetuals. More markets will be added over time.
How does the vault work?
Liquidity providers deposit assets into the Swiv Vault, which serves as the counterparty to all trades. LPs earn fees and funding payments but also take on the risk of trader profits.
Is there a token?
Not yet. A native token is planned for future governance, staking, and incentives.
Can I withdraw my liquidity anytime?
Yes, subject to vault conditions and available liquidity.
Is Swiv safe?
All interactions are handled by smart contracts. We recommend using audited contracts and practicing self-custody best practices.
Is leverage risky?
Yes — leverage can amplify both profits and losses. Trade responsibly.
